WHAT KIND OF WOUNDS DOES THIS CREATE IN OUR BRAINS?

Emerging evidence suggests ferroptosis contributes to neurodegenerative diseases and brain injury associated with oxidative stress (Skouta et al., 2014), including brain hemorrhage (Li et al., 2017), Alzheimer's disease (Fine et al., 2012; Guo et al., 2013), Huntington's disease (Yang et al., 2005; Niatsetskaya et al., 2010; Speer et al., 2013), stroke (Tuo et al., 2017) and traumatic brain injury. I believe autism is caused by this process during morphogenesis.

Injury, wound healing, immune function, and morphogenesis share many physiological process in mammals.

You likely have never heard of it before today. Ferroptosis was first described by Dixon et al. in 2012. It is that new. Becker's work on regeneration occured in the 1950-60's. He died in 2008 never understanding what he was really chasing in his work.

Ferroptosis is not well known in neurosurgery circles because it a new process found in biology. In my decentralized view, its an optical process that determines how light is changed into an DC electric current, and then is subsequently down regulated to a very small current used to cause de-differentiation of RBCs to pluripotent stem cells used to renovate and regenerate mammalian tissues. This is exactly how he described bone healing in the 1960s. This is why surgeons do not see scars in healed bone. Bone does not heal, it completely regenerates in mammals.

This bio-electric current generated by this process is specific and sensitive for each tissue in mammals. This is used to guide morphogenesis and embyrological migration in mammals in utero. Most neurosurgeons know that when we operate on unborn children for hydrocephalus to do a third ventriculostomy, the child is born and has no scars from the event. No neurosurgeons know why this happens. This blog, below, tells you exactly why it happens.

Each bio-electric current has its own tissue and tract passport in the CNS and PNS. The current is frequency matched and intensity matched to the colony of mitochondria in the tissue, in the neuronal tracts, and this signal is unusual. Because it was unusual, this made it unique and useful to evolution and this is why it is used mdirect morphogenesis, migration, and regeneration in mammals.

This clues to this idea are present in the literature if you look for it. The picture above shows you this.

It appears the mechanism is driven by the downstream inactivation of glutathione peroxidase 4 (Yang et al., 2014). Peroxidase enzymes are ALSO ALL HEME-containing proteins. I hope you know what my work says about HEME based proteins and light. This has massive implications for humans and solving chronic diseases. All heme-containing proteins seem to be red-light chromophores. Every light chromophore below is linked to ferroptosis damage. The sun is dominated by red light frequencies. The main heme proteins that control the human circadian clock mechanism is REV-erb alpha and beta. 43% is IR-A light.

The second critical spot heme based proteins they are found is in the mitochondrial membranes of man. Hemoglobin is the main red light chromophore porphyrin in our blood. Hemoglobin has a strong ability to absorb light between 250-600 nm. Hemoglobin's UV light spectra goes down to 250-399nm in man. The word porphyrin is derived from the Greek word which stands for purple. Purple light is a UV light color in the solar spectrum. Most neurosurgeons are unaware of the link of GBM (high grade glioma) incidence to Vitamin D levels in the blood.

Becker's work linked RBCs to regeneration. RBCs went from their adult form to the embryological forms and then became pluripotent stem cells used to make any tissue new again.

Today textbooks want to tell us it's a process is defined by the iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxides that is genetically (DNA/mtDNA) and biochemically distinct from other forms of programmed cell death such as apoptosis, necrosis, and autophagy. It might be that, but I believe it is a whole lot more than just that. It is the missing link to human regeneration, controlled aging, and control of heteroplasmy. I look for this in my brain tumor patients. How many neurosurgeons do you know that make you get a peripheral blood smear before you have a glioma resection?

My life's work and Robert O. Becker's life's work is buried in this blog. What transforms us is — decentralized knowledge. It does this because it is radical knowledge to the known paradigm. Knowledge alone is capable of transforming how the world operates with tech; while at the same time leaving it exactly as it is by embracing Nature's decentralized networks of energy and information transfer.
