Would You Rather?

Would You Rather?

Have you ever heard of the game “Would You Rather?

It’s an interesting game if you’ve never been exposed. It’s a bit like truth or dare without having to take any risks. You present someone would two unfavorable options asking “would you rather A or B?” You have to choose one.

Listening to my son and grandsons play the game got me thinking.

How often do adults get asked to choose between things in our lives that force us to down one path over another?

We usually just go with our gut and choose based upon our emotions. Do we really stop and consider the two options and how they will affect our life?

What would those choices say about us? What would we do in real life? What would we learn about each other if we played “Would You Rather” with our colleagues, partners and friends?

I dare you to play a game of Would You Rather with someone and get ready for the surprises.
