Just off the coast of Dubai is a chain of islands called The Heart of Europe. These manmade structures are miniatures of actual European nations, and Richard Branson happens to own the one of Great Britain.The European “islands” are part of a larger development of manmade islands called The World.

And now the Heart of Europe has introduced it’s first multi-million dollar home, aptly named the Floating Seahorse. The plan is to introduce even bigger and more expensive homes with living spaces both above – and below – the waterline. So far, at least 60 “Seahorse” homes have been sold, for $2.8 million. Each.
