Thank you for your interest in The Six 'I's? and my Yes, You Can Innovate conversations. I'd like to share an upcoming and exciting update. Given our shared passion for innovation and personal growth, I'm confident you'll find this development worth exploring.
Here is a little story to set the context.
In 2018, my book Yes, You Can Innovate was published, and I had an experience that you often hear from authors, of someone picking up their book and sending an email. Little did I know that it would happen to me and that the email would be a catalyst for developing our Certification Programme - a four-day face-to-face workshop that we held in London and Singapore.
Then Covid-19 hit, and overnight, travel for all of us stopped. To continue, we designed an online programme, but delivering content hour after hour was challenging. This led us to innovate again, creating a blended approach with videos and live coaching calls.?
?One thing we noticed was that our innovation and leadership development practitioners kept calling us The Six 'I's? family, or Six 'I's? Community and asking questions such as, 'Is there a way to go deeper with this?' or 'How can I stay connected to this Community?' I had never anticipated this. As a practitioner of many other instruments and profiling tools, I never had much to do with the companies where I trained, apart from buying their assessments, and I thought it would be the same for The Six 'I's?. I was wrong!?
So now we are evolving into a Certification and Community for innovation and leadership development practitioners who want to sharpen their skills and learn new, cutting-edge approaches to help others innovate and manage change.?
We will be launching?on the 27th October.?
