Would you leave the job?

According to SCVO Workforce survey around 26% of people select a job on the basis of work environment. If you get two job opportunities and get a chance to visit both the companies before joining. Imagine yourself meeting the employees at the canteen. There’s a company A where the employees are talking to each other and discussing the work doubts and setting goals for their projects themselves. While there is another company say B where the employees are discussing how to get rid of the current job or may be the employees are not interacting at all. After visiting both the companies with same offered salaries, you would prefer the company A, where the employees are satisfied.

‘Satisfaction’ of the job and analyzing it from the environment before the job is what attracts the employee. There are companies where either the boss decides to induce a “Partial Environment” to the office. The boss selects a special employee to treat him with the incentives at times, which makes him blind towards looking at the work of others. Or sometimes the employees themselves decide to bring themselves out from the rest working with them. They are always in a rush to make the employer think that that employee is the best.

Imagine a situation where the company has hired you to work with few other employees at the same position as yours. Here the other few employees have started keeping you out of the loop each time they work. You all work together on a same project, but once you have made changes as per the requirements, it’s never reflected in the project, and whenever they made changes they forget to share  the changes with you. Would you leave the job because of this?

Imagine that the boss teaches you but also very rude. The boss needs everything to be according to him. Your ideas are not invited. Would you leave the job because of this? The employees don't cooperate with you. Their is internal teaming in the office. Would you leave the job because of this?

Now, the toughest, Imagine you are a girl, and in this era, you are being thought of as less efficient and being cornered because of you are a girl. Would you leave the job because of this?

Whenever I imagine me into these work environments, I feel like leaving will lead to being in a comfort zone, and staying there won’t let me work. Am I correct in thinking that the Environment matters? Would you leave the job only because of this? Feel free to share your experience if you have also faced any inappropriate environment.
