Would you have time to stop?

Would you have time to stop?

Last week I was making my way back to the office after lunch and saw two kids selling lemonade. I wasn't in a rush and had a chance to stop and support these budding entrepreneurs. As I drove away I couldn't help think of all the days when I wouldn't have had time to stop for 3 minutes to buy a glass of lemonade. The days when my calendar was too full, I was running too far behind, or when I was too distracted to even notice a lemonade stand under the tree.

If I am not able to stop for 3 minutes, it’s hard to believe I'd have the capacity to reflect, to think, and to be the leader I aspire to be.

Would you have time to stop?
