Kindly stay the elections...Selection panel as was decided in Anoop Baranwal case is the best solution..FREE AND FAIR ELECTION IS PART OF BASIC STRUCTURE OF THE CONSTITUTION as was held in Raj Narain v. Indira Nehru Gandhi case and decision of Anoop Baranwal best serves that purpose..selection of election commissioner to some extent affects election..impartial body decided in Anoop Baranwal v. Union of India is need of the hour..
