Congratulations to the Honorable Richard Bloom, formerly a member of the California State Legislature, now a Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Judge Bloom has devoted his career as a legislator in advancing the needs of the community, with particular emphasis on the needs of families, including the survivors of domestic violence. I hope you will join me in congratulating Judge. Bloom for his enduring contributions to our community. From what I know, the contribution is just beginning. Congratulations Judge Bloom.
