Worthwhile Working on the Northern Beaches

Jack Perry and Josh are awesome. There are no two ways about it. 

They run Motive Coworking based in #MonaVale on the #NorthernBeaches. Tucked away from noise, complete with flexible height desks, monitors, free wifi, amenities, chillout room, presentation and boardroom spaces, 24/7 access, free parking and showers; the ambience they have created is second to none!

#CoWorking spaces have become incredibly popular before and particularly now during this #COVID period. They all reflect the character of their creators and Motive Coworking is no different. The vibe is relaxed yet focused, appealing yet timely, engaged yet independent. 

That Fridays is their #FreeBBQ day where members (and prospective members) may come and meet others, listen, learn and possibly lead to far greater results and realisations than they previously had in their former austere office environment, is only one of many huge bonuses !

They also have ping-pong tournaments, networking, SEO & digital marketing events, as well as the ability to utilise General Assembly (a worldwide digital marketing educational organiser) and other organisations. 

The majority of their events are at no cost, Jack, Josh & Perry say "If you are willing to offer value to the members and the community of the Northern Beaches. Then they provide a stage and a space to do just that, at no cost"

From an overhead perspective, theirs is definitely one of the greatest forms of leveraging networking with likeminded business owners and employee’s across a raft of industries: IT, FMCG, Sales, VA, Graphic Design, Property Management, Architecture, Business Advisory Services, the list goes on…

Ask Jack, Perry or Josh, and they’ll tell you their #passion came from having had to travel to the city for educational and entrepreneural events and atmosphere, having worked at Fishburners in the city, immediately they recognised there wasn’t anything like it on the #NorthernBeaches. Given nobody enjoys waiting in traffic for a city office and there is a greater and greater need to be closer to family and the beach atmosphere, Motive Coworking was a perfect resolve.

Motive Coworking is available to anyone that needs workspace, the priority being supporting & building our community beginning with a “G’day, How are you ???!!!!” (How often have you heard that in your alternate office….) Anything a person needs, support or a chat about business, is available: and on occasion, a coffee run for everyone…

.

Before-COVID, the community was growing with lots of events locked in. During-COVID, restrictions closed the entire space, with members needing to work at home so they #pivoted and brought Motive Coworkingto them by packaging disinfected desk, chair & monitor dropped to members in need. They continue to provide this to non-members also on a subscription basis making it easier to manage without a massive outlay.

As restrictions ease, Motive Coworking is busier than ever, desks are spaced inline with Federal Laws. Bottom-line, Jack, Perry and Josh really love their community, #NorthernBeaches near and far.

One of the greatest #considerations they’ve made is avoiding those lock-in contracts, people despise this, so flexibility is a priority. Whether used once a week or more regularly, they created a ‘Pay-As-Go Pass’, members pay only for those days utilised.

When it comes to work progress, people just want to get back to normality; having the enormous space fills this need while abiding by Government’s #COVID advice.

Jack, Perry and Josh as mentioned are great people, they’re engaging, hospitable, curious, sincere and consistent. In an office space, this is a welcome environment. In a #coworking space, this makes or breaks enjoyment with focus. Companies more and more are investing in spaces in lieu of excessive overheads, disengaged employees, departmental limitations and above all, #COVID-restrictions. 

Here you shall also feel the pride in “bringing together a bunch of people to create a community”
