We are 3BB broadcast service customers more than 20yrs as we got first inet form TT&T, then they change they name to Triple T and then official brand name change to be 3BB.
Monday 28th June 2564/2021 we lost our FIBER LAND line internet connection afternoon and we call 3BB customer service line number 1530 at 19.48hrs and inform them that line is gone and it was call to THAI language line and it’s it’s URGENT what was put in they computer system.
then on TUESDAY at 04.30 I open computer and intern line was NOT fixed so I call several time (phone call record will show) tot al of 7 times 3BB Broadband ENGLISH line and they told me that they call local 3bb service team and it’s URGENT.
Even after several calls as long-term loyal customer we got internet back Tuesday 29th June 2564/2021 at 12.31hrs SO WE WHERE CUT OF FROM 3BB INTERNET 21HRS
As loyal and international Pharmacy owner we were cut off from our international customs 21hrs.
THEN BIG issue as TUESDAY at Time 16.14hrs from UBON Ratchathani phone number 045-950047 they call to my wife and said directly to her that thay DO NOT COMPENSATE OUR LOST 21HRS INTERNET TIME as 3BB do NOT COMPENSATE ANY ANY ONE IF they lost internet less than 24hrs.
My question is as I read SIGNED 3BB customer CONTRACT and DID NOT FOUND THAT IN THE CONTRACT. Where it is and also person form this number said they basically do work on they own style, no matter what is said in 3BB Broadband internal network message as they call to my wife earlier and ASK if they can fix our line LATE Tuesday afternoon and it was NOT AGREED as it’s URGENT and they just don’t care in UBON 3BB as they just put in the 3BB internal network that we agreed to line fixing from 11.00 to 13.00 what MY WIFE DID NOT AGREE on phone conversation, but this is what they say it’s no matter what is written in they internal computer customer problem UBON RATCHATHANI 3BB do not care as they work in they OWN way.

So, AIS @AIS, True online @TrueOnline, Dtac @Dtac, True moveH @TrueMoveH, Do YOU treat your customers same way as 3BB? As they do not care loyal customer who has 20yrs customer record without any problem and treated like garbage, as they did NOT even confirm immediately when line was connected and NO ONE Show in location where network was lost, they just do not care at all.
So is it that 3BB broadband are falling and they service department hires people who are verbally humiliate and BULLY customers via phone.
ALSO as I read 3BB Signed contract, 3BB have ALL Rights to cancel customer contract if NOT paid on time and they will provide internet unlimited 24/7 internet to PAYING customers, BUT ACCORDING UBON RATCHATHANI, service department they DO NOT COMPENSATE WHEN CUSTOMER LOST INET they should provide.
So as paying customer pay 24/7 internet ?749/month x 2, if we do not pay the BILL on time they have automatic right cancel it, BUT THEY DO NOT COMPENSATE paying customer who HAVE NOT GOT ANY 3BB INTERNET 21HRS.
So 3BB Business tactic is now that they do get MORE PROFIT as customer have to pay and they are not compensate for internet what 3BB do NOT provide for they paying customers.

So MEDIA #GEN_Z #GEN_Y according what you pay you will be NOT compensated by 3BB even they do not provide your paid internet service.
