Worst Real Estate Review Ever

So we recently got a review on Zillow from a client who’s closing did not go as smoothly as we would have liked! We were working with an international buyer, and due to unforeseen complications, the closing date was delayed by a few days. This led to one of the worst reviews we have ever received.

This is one of our WORST reviews- and to be honest, I LOVE this bad review. The reality is that nobody is perfect, and when our “worst” client experience still results in them saying that they would be “Likely to Recommend”, clearly we are doing something right. AND he stated that when the time comes for him to sell his other property for top dollar, and buy his next home, he will Still use the Sibbach Team. I my opinion, this speak to the quality of service that the TOP REALTORS? on the Sibbach Team provide.

I can’t guarantee that we will always be perfect.
