Worst customer service ever, "Do not Buy Lenovo laptops

I have not been getting time due to high workload in my business but today I experienced the worst customer service experience from Lenovo and I took out time to share it with my connections so that you can refrain your self from buying Laptop from Lenovo trust me it`s not worth, so the story starts from Jan 2019 when I purchased Lenovo Ideapad 330S paying 50K and after 11 months of usage I started facing automatic shut down in the machine and decided to complain their customer service on 16th of Dec 2019 when I first lodged my complaint they took the control of my PC and spent One an half hour of time and installed some software to fix the issue and kept the system under observation but the problem still dint sorted out so I decided to call them again now this time they said probably there is some hardware issue so We will send one of our hardware engineers to fix your issue and replace the battery which dint happen as I got a call right after three days of that promise that we think that there is no hardware problem it`s just the software problem, and they again took the control of my system, took more than one hour of time installing softwares and doing callibration and advise me to keep my system under obeservation and not to foget in this process they have already taken more than one month and the problem is still not fixed so when I again called them today the first thing they say is your warantty has expired,and sorry about yout problem, well their Sorry has costed me 50K and when I said the same thing to thier customer service agent he gave me a call refrence number and said I am tranferring your call to the techincal team and if the problem is same we will fix it, so finally my call landed to technical team to a lady who checked the battery report and said according to me there is no issue in your laptop on which I said I am ready to give my laptop to you guys at your service center to keep it under obervation and she said let me check again after speaking for almost 30 minutes when I said I would never recommend your company to anyone and i just advised my firend to not buy the laptop from Lenovo she disconnected the call and till now there is no call.

I know it`s going to take time for you to read this post but I promise you it will save your 50K hard earn money when you decide to buy a laptop.

PS: Please let me know if anyone of you knows any medium through which these companies can be accountable for their service too as it hardly matters to them even if you write about them. and do share it with your friends and family to ensure they don't make the same mistake that I did!

Yes it's true. Worst service ever. I had this too for my Legion 7.
