Worry is a special form of fear, expanded in the imagination and fuelled by emotion.

Worry is fear’s sneaky cousin—it’s fear that got a little too creative. It’s fear with a Netflix subscription to your imagination, running on a loop, fueled by your emotions like gasoline on a fire. It’s not about what’s actually happening; it’s about what might happen, and that “what if” can take up so much space in your head that it feels real.
Here’s the thing: worry is never productive. It’s like paying interest on a debt you don’t even owe yet. You’re stressing about scenarios that haven’t even come close to materializing, and the worst part? That emotional fuel—your fear, your doubt, your insecurities—keeps the worry engine running full speed.
Let me say it straight: worry doesn’t solve problems—it just creates more noise. Fear has a role in life; it can protect you in real, immediate danger. But worry? That’s fear taking your imagination hostage and turning your emotions against you. You’ve got to call it out, challenge it, and cut it off before it spirals.
The question isn’t why you’re worried. The question is: what are you going to do about it?
So what are you going to do about it ?
