Worry is robbing you.

Worry is robbing you.

Robbing you of celebrating each breath in and each breath out.?

Robbing you of noticing the leaves changing.?

Robbing you of noticing how lovely his eyes are.?

Robbing you of the chance to wink at yourself in the mirror.

Robbing you of sleep.

Robbing you of trusting your gut.?

Robbing you of growing in self trust.

Robbing you of love.?

Robbing you of acknowledging all that is that is fine in this moment.

Robbing you of the freedom that comes from letting go.?

Robbing you of asking for help.?

Robbing you of focus on what is working.?

Robbing you of gratitude.

Robbing you of learning to accept.

Robbing you of creativity.

Robbing you of movement, action, the gifts of failing.?

Robbing you.

Robbing you.

Robbing you.

And last I checked you don't like being robbed.?

Worry is optional. (I saw your eye roll).

Worry is indulgent.

Worry is a waste of time.?

When the worry begins remind yourself that you are fixating on "the problem" and not the solution.?

When worry begins thank her and then ask her to sit in the passenger seat.?When worry begins focus on what you can control, and what you can't control.?Remain in the driver's seat.?When worry begins know that she is trying to protect you from all the What if's, but protection is not what you need.?

You are strong, and mighty, and able, and more than capable of handling whatever it is you are worrying about.?

Worry robs you.

I have spent the last five years learning how to manage my mind.?It does not mean that i no longer worry.?Hell, it doesn't mean that I haven't been down right scared, but it has helped me not stay in that space for very long.?

I think of managing my mind as the key to elevating my life.?

The quality of it.?The impact of it.?The health of it.?

An elevated life is one where you have learned to tame worry.

Where you have learned to create more self trust.?

Where you have learned to interrupt the worry with a feeling that will fuel actions that will grow you not keep you spinning.?When we worry... ?

We overthink.

We fret

We buffer - over eat, over drink, over spend, over facebook

We create more discomfort to avoid the discomfort. (Cray, cray, I know)

Worry robs you of your chance to step into the next version of you.?The version that makes decisions based on love, not fear.?The version that hones your intuition?and stops crowd sourcing. The version that elevates all parts of your life.

For just a moment, imagine a life where you no longer worried.?Where freedom replaces worry.Where trust replaces worry. Where growth replaces worry.?I am not pretending that being out of control is easy to accept.?But, I am offering that spinning in worry when feeling out of control will do nothing to improve the situation.?Ask me how I know.

If you are finding yourself spinning in worry or mapping out all that could go wrong, I promise coaching is an effective antidote.? Not a band aid. Not "the answer." But a profound tool to help you tame the catastrophizing.

Happy to chat with you if you want to learn more.?
