WORRY WITH A PURPOSE

I remember the morning the Twin Towers fell.

I can still feel it in my body. I thought the world was ending.

Literally crashing in around me.

My husband said, "Worry with a purpose."

I wrinkled my nose and asked through my tears what he meant.

Worry about the things you can change.

Place your focus, attention, and intention where you can make a difference.

Everything else is a distraction.

This morning, I share his sage wisdom with you.

As I inhale and exhale. Breathe in. Breathe out.

For HER.
