The Worldwide Educational System: Perhaps The Greatest Swindle Of All Times. Why?

Education has created fragmented human beings, fragmented minds, fragmented mentalities, a fragmented world, fragmented competencies,?artificially yet very convincingly disconnecting the interconnected. Education has provided - and is?still providing unfortunately - fragmented unidisciplinary excellence bathing in a sea of holistic?multicultural integrated interdisciplinary incompetence. Our civilisation is unable to understand let alone manage global complexity.
Dear All,
The issues that we are faced with today have reached such a level of complexity that experts, academics, politicians and the citizens are getting completely out of their depth - why? - because they are faced with holistic multicultural integrated interdisciplinary challenges something that their education has not prepared them for. Indeed, despite the astounding number of experts and researchers?in all possible fields,?research projects, PhD/Master theses, books, articles, papers, institutions and organisations worldwide, we have made a thorough mess of this world and?no one?knows what to do! Time to look elsewhere.
The existing educational system?is therefore?not only not sufficiently powerful to enable us to deal with the complexities of the challenges?we are faced with but?also -?as structured?- quite toxic for our planet's sustainability and civilisation.?
So to my mind,?the worldwide educational system - a formidable commercial?and political enterprise - has perhaps been?the greatest worldwide swindle of all times, smothering the citizens' full potential and leading them?astray,?in fact preventing them from adequately managing the holistic complexities of real everyday life.?
What is excellence for? What kind of excellence is most needed for us human beings today? What is the finality of education, innovation and research? Considering the increasing world instability and violence, the seriousness of the environmental issues, perhaps the finality of education, research and innovation should be to find a means to defuse the world ticking time bomb that is threatening our civilisation and planet and achieve and sustain the well-being and quality of life of eight billion interconnected human beings at family, neighbourhood, local, regional, national, continental and world levels. This requires a fundamental mindset, education and governance revolution. In That Order.
A degree even when it is deserved - which is not always necessarily the case - does not automatically mean competence. Besides, demonstrated proficiency in a restricted branch, yet feeling completely out of your depth when you are faced with the vast expanse of data that lies before and within you in countless other fields, you call that competent??"Competence" needs to be redefined.?
Science alone shall not save the world. Culture alone shall not save the world. Interdisciplinarity might. The problem is its assimilation. It's not that our brain can't. It is because of an obsolete outdated educational system that is still mainstream thanks to powerful politico-financial vested interests.
The educational system has shown its limits. Time to turn to the Education of Tomorrow: Interface Education.

The Mindset (State of Mind) determines the way you process - collect, understand, assimilate, articulate - data together whatever the data. The Third Millennium's Top Priority is to achieve and sustain the well-being and quality of life of eight billion interconnected human beings at family, neighbourhood, local, regional, national, continental and world levels. This is the most complex global challenge since the beginning of humanity and is outside our civilisation's mindset's competence. There is therefore the need to optimise the Mindset/State of Mind for constructive and not destructive complex avant-garde holistic multicultural integrated interdisciplinary challenge processing.
This Mindset/State of Mind is the Interface Mindset that requires Interface Education.
This is the fundamental Education revolution that the IMNRC is promoting. In order to understand and manage global complexity, you need an Interface Mindset. The IMNRC's New Capacity Building Programme (NCBP) itself is not only an Interface Programme which is probably why the NCBP is difficult to understand but it also promotes Interface Education and the Doctorate in Interfaces (D.I.) which is progressively gaining international recognition.

In fact all systems and all agencies … Have been captured hijacked …for some time … Not enough space to describe the mental health impact …Causing detachment..dissociation…delusion …pretending All in order to meet the company rules and regulations People unable to recognise abuse .. ONGOING ABUSE ON REPEAT …and not calling it out !! Due to the normalising of abuse
