Measuring 1'' X 1/2'' X 5/32'' or 25mm X 13mm X 4mm, the Flexco Sensor is the most compact, easily applied, time-saving strain gauge based sensor.
The Flexco Sensor allows surface bonding of strain gauges to take a fraction of the time than traditional ways. By enclosing and prewiring a strain gauge into our patented sensor, we almost eliminate any bonding failures and offer the gauges a superior protection than any other traditional strain gauge installation method/application.
Flexco offers a FULL WHEATSTONE BRIDGE configuration which allows direct compatibility with any traditional weighing indicator/system.
