IMT/Vislink is delivering the world’s smallest microwave video transmitter; the DragonFly, to a number of users interested in transmitting HD video. Operating in both licensed and unlicensed bands, the DragonFly is designed to capture real-time, HD video for multiple applications. Packing a powerful punch in a low profile package weighing less than 1.41 ounces (40 grams), and a little bit bigger than a quarter, the DragonFly operates at extremely low latency levels, making it well suited for remote control operations. The DragonFly is available in multiple video input’s allowing it to be usable with a variety of today’s cameras.
With the addition of IMT/Vislink’s ViewBack miniature receiver, the DragonFly gives the user the ultimate, on the go, wireless solutions, to capture, transmit and receive live HD video. The dynamic capabilities of the DragonFly lend itself to multiple applications. For example, when paired with a miniature camera (GoPro, Sony, Contour) at sporting or entertainment events you can create epic live and (POV) point-of-view shots, or you can create the definitive solution in fan interactive live shots.
IMT/Vislink provides class leading solutions across multiple industries, and with the development of the DragonFly & ViewBack, demonstrates that IMT/Vislink are in a class of their own. Please let me know if you have any questions or require a demo of this exciting technology.
