Since my early childhood I’ve been passionate about honey.

During a summer trip to Tuscany in 2016, I meet with Michele, the owner and operator of the Greppi di Silli family business. This amazing farm is located between Siena and Florence on the rolling hills which gently run down from the old Romanic S. Stefano Church to the villages of S. Casciano and Mercatale.

Michele’s passion for only making the best is reflected in his unique portfolio of high quality honey and Olive Oil products. In my opinion the best there is. The picture below shows a jar of their most famous Acacia honey mixed with truffle. Very delicious with Swiss Cheese, Blue cheese of any kind or fruits.

Acacia honey is one of the most wanted and best-selling type of honey in the world. It is produced from the nectar of the acacia flower. Honey is the only food that truly lasts forever – the same way we want to build our business relationships. I want to share this beautiful product with 12 people as a gift.
