The WORLDiscoveries Newsletter | May Edition

Hello Innovators and Partners,

As we reach the end of the academic year, we're thrilled to share the exciting updates and celebrations from our innovation community. This month has been no exception to our ongoing journey of achievement and growth.

In reflecting on our accomplishments in April, we're proud to announce the successful completion of our winter Graduate Student Innovation Scholars cohort. With determination and success, these graduate students have completed a program that fuels their entrepreneurial spirit and prepares them for business commercialization. The teams presented their final pitches to an esteemed panel of judges, marking a significant milestone in their journey.

Additionally, we're excited to look back on the recent announcement from the Ontario Government regarding funding for The Fourth R program. We're honoured to be a part of The Fourth R. We are committed to supporting our partners as we work towards a future where adolescents understand the importance of anti-violence and healthy relationships.

As we step into May, let's carry forward this momentum and continue to innovate, collaborate, and positively impact our community.
