Worldclass OPS Community at Pfizer

Today, we had the pleasure to visit the Pfizer reference site in Freiburg, Germany with our BCG Worldclass Operations Community. Colleagues from multiple companies joined the benchmark visit to experience what Pfizer has achieved with its IMEx, an integrated production system that intends to install a standardized "one best way" of working at every level of the organization.
