World Trade Center Santo Domingo

WTC Santo Domingo, under a license acquired from the World Trade Centers Association, is in the process of developing one of the most ambitious real estate and business tourism projects in the Dominican capital, run by the Velutini Group, by creating a single place Shopping center, hotels and Convention Center with the facilities offered by the JW Marriott hotel.

World Trade Center Santo Domingo will be a mixed-use complex, consisting of what is now BlueMall Santo Domingo, JW Marriott Santo Domingo and BlueMall Business Tower, and new buildings that will be shaped by the expansion of BlueMall Santo Domingo; two business towers under the WTC brand and two aparthotel towers with the names BlueMall Luxury Suites and BlueMall Luxury Residences

In that sense, this new project that will boost MICE tourism in the city, has rooms equipped to accommodate 310 people, both for small and large groups. The total area is 957 square meters, including 4 rooms, platforms, divisions, corridor and kitchen areas. It will also include a lounge area with capacity for 55 people, both in interior areas, as well as on the terrace.

The rooms are managed and operated by the JW Marriott hotel, which occupies part of the Blue Mall Tower. Likewise, WTC Santo Domingo will have direct access to the shopping center, and the main businesses and restaurants in the area.
