LOS ANGELES – November 21, 2024 -- USC Marshall School of Business Executive Education will commemorate International Women’s Day with the launch of an inspiring and innovative program tailored specifically for women executives. The inaugural four-day program will be led by renowned business coach, former CEO, and USC professor Dr. Carol Geffner.
Dr. Geffner is a global expert in women and leadership and the author of the recent book, Building A New Leadership Ladder; Transforming Male-Dominated Organizations to Support Women on the Rise, published by M.I.T. Press. She will augment the course with world-class USC faculty, notable women executives, and the USC Marshall one-of-a-kind experiential learning center. This groundbreaking program will address complex issues facing executive women in 2025 while sharing new thinking, strategies, and practices.? Dr. Geffner will also welcome coveted guest speakers.?

Participants in this exciting four-day journey will be partnered with an executive coach who will engage and challenge them through individual sessions during and for several months following the on-campus program.??

About Dr. Carol Geffner?
Dr. Carol J. Geffner, Ph.D. is President of Geffner Group, LLC, a global management consulting and executive coaching firm and until recently served as Professor of the Practice of Governance, Management and Policy at the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy and Director of the Executive Master of Leadership Program. Geffner is also an affiliate of the Kets De Vries’ Institute, a global executive coaching firm headquartered in London.

As a distinguished authority in the field of leadership, Geffner works with CEOs and executive teams to shape strategies and practices that define successful leadership and organizations globally.
