World Quality Day at CS Torreón

World Quality Day is celebrated each year on the second Thursday of November. On November 10th, was commemorated by Cooper Torreon with a “Quality Stand Up”, which main purpose was to raise awareness about Auto-inspection and the Golden Quality Rule: Do not Accept, Do not Built and Do not Ship a Defect.

During Quality Stand Up, the plant was stopped for 15 min to talk about the importance of inspecting parts and how everyone contributes to have good results, this talk was given by Cooper administrative staff to promote the personnel participation to speak up for quality and received a souvenir as an incentive to continue generating quality improvement ideas.y
