What are we all doing in our daily lives? Are we not resolving our own or others' problems? We indeed began solving problems in some form before starting school or even when we were toddlers.
More problem solvers are needed in the world than creators. What does it imply? It means that all the different kinds of problems people face in this world, whether they are related to life, job, career, relationships, money, diseases, and so on, are solvable; the only thing we need to understand is whether our problems outnumber our solutions or vice versa. Also, how are we going to solve it?
When we dig deep into this, we will discover that we are both problem creators and problem solvers, but why are there so many problems in everyone's life, many of which have yet to be solved? The distinction is in how we perceive the problem and then how we solve it, as well as who and how it is solved.
We can find Personal problems, student problems, corporate problems, Business, politics, international issues, and so on. I discovered why most problems are not solved because when a problem arises in front of us, we think about it repeatedly rather than looking for possible solutions that will eventually solve it.
Most people I encountered were problem creators rather than problem solvers because problem-solving necessitates a highly systematic approach and mindset.

In addition to their regular academic programs, schools and colleges are now focusing on problem-solving skills and preparing students for a fast-changing world in which they will be able to solve more and more problems and become great problem solvers.
The most effective problem solvers are the world's most valued and respected people. Still, there are problem solvers, and with them, problem creators are also necessary because what will problem solvers do if no problems are created?
Now consider whether you are a problem solver or a creator. It is a fact that the world requires more problem solvers than creators.

1 年We need more free problem solvers. :) Free to solve the real world problems, as when you are in this category people have a tendency to gravitate towards you with the irrelevant problems or even create new ones in their minds. In order for genuine problem solvers to contribute to the community, they need to be free from labour, have resources, and not being a product of problem creators.

2 年Absolutely agree, we need more problem solvers than a content creators although social media shows otherwise most of the time. From simple stuff at home or office/ or hybrid WFH or life in general, if we think through the challenges at hand, we may arrive at a solution immediately or can't, or take help from a mentor or someone expert can fix the problem. Thank you Rahul for sharing it, much needed stuff!
I feel when people are in comfort zone, they are confined, restricted and here is the starting point of complaining. Majority of the people are problem creators because they want things to happen automatically around them. Problem solving is an art which is directly to mindset and problem solvers think of solutions rather making problems more complex.
