World Mental Health Day - Are you eating enough ?

VITAL FOR GREAT HEALTH ..... Nutrition is the answer to so many problems.

Vitamin B5 know as pantothenic Acid.

Pantothenic acid contributes to:

  • normal mental performance

  • reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. ( Men & women need more than 200mg a day ) 

Good Food Sources: chicken liver, sunflower seeds, salmon, avocados, sun-dried tomatoes, corn, broccoli, mushrooms ( non-commercial mushrooms is best ) cauliflower and natural yoghurt.

Vitamin B5 is depleted in the body by caffeine, alcohol and sulphur , so it need continuous replacement.
