Depression and anxiety alone result in the loss of approximately 12 billion work days each year, costing the global economy around US$1 trillion annually. - World Federation For Mental Health
We are in a critical moment where organizations can no longer view mental well-being as an afterthought.
Productivity is not the only thing the work place should value, but also foster holistic well-being by creating spaces where people matter as much as the tasks they perform.
This year's World Mental Health Day theme focuses on the vital need to prioritise mental health in our workplaces. It's time to actively join the conscious work movement — a collective effort to ensure that mental health is at the core of every business strategy. This includes reducing stigma, encouraging open conversations, and implementing mental health support systems. Together, we can create environments where every employee feels seen, valued, and supported.
Remember, a mentally healthy workplace is a more productive one.
At Mindful Edge Consulting, we support the mental health and emotional wellness of individuals and corporates through our specialised therapy and training programs.
Let’s champion a work culture where well-being thrives alongside business.

1 个月Unpopular opinion but workplaces do not give a flying F about your mental health, you are just a replaceable number in their system and a cog in a hamster wheel to keep them operational and profitable, the moment you’re not able to perform the way they want you to they will discard you like it meant nothing, protecting your mental health is an individual responsibility as corporations have zero interest in anything besides your output & productivity
