The World is Mad Right Now; Let's Find Calmness and Security Within Ourselves.

Meditate: is just a word that means to sit, breathe, allow yourself to be, and let what comes, come. It's stilling the mind, allowing the energy to flow, not controlling thoughts and following them.
As kids, we called it day dreaming, a chance to roam freely and be creative. Now, as adults, in complicated times, let's get back to that simplicity of being. We need to take the time out of our busy lives, to sit and just be, allow tensions to release and dismiss thoughts that demand attention.
I want to share a meditation process that helps me get deeper in my own self along with Alexander Technique chair turns and hands-on. It's a gentle reminder to your body, of what it's like to be at ease.
This will be an intimate gathering of no more than four. It will be repeated as needed.
Learn a powerful meditation, with ease!
We all see the news: It's uncertain and unhealthy, and makes us uneasy. That's why we need to look within ourselves to find what we all have: energy, love, consciousness.
