World Largest Asian Elephant Gathering !

Each year, from May to October, Sri Lanka’s Minneriya National Park becomes the stage for one of nature’s most remarkable spectacles—the world’s largest gathering of Asian elephants. Known simply as “The Gathering,” this event sees hundreds of wild elephants converging on the dry lakebed of the Minneriya Reservoir in search of water and food.
