Muslim scholars have developed a spectrum of viewpoints on science within the context of Islam. The Quran and Islam allows much interpretation when it comes to science. Scientists of medieval Muslim civilization (e.g. Ibn al-Haytham) contributed to the new discoveries in science.
From the eighth to fifteenth century, Muslim mathematicians and astronomers furthered the development of almost all areas of mathematics. At the same time, concerns have been raised about the lack of scientific literacy in parts of the modern Muslim world.

First of all, it is undeniable that Mulim World has progressed far in science and technology compared to the past, but it is lagging far behind other countries.
Secondly, technologically though Mulim World has advanced to digital, but due to misuse of technology global warming due to climate change is causing environmental damage as well as internet addiction related insomnia causing various types of digital diseases which is really a matter of concern.
In view of the above facts, the World Science-Tech Review has launched the following health-friendly science programs to encourage scientists to develop health-friendly science and technology along with building a science-minded nation by presenting science easily to the present and future generations:

The successful contribution of science is technology. Technology has both positive and negative aspects.
Hence, it is essential for innovating health based beneficial technologies. To this end our global campaign: Let’s go ahead with the slogan: “Science for Human Health.”

In the said campaign, the promotion program with a view to encourage to innovation of Medical/Health technology with new digital devices, especially for the purpose of increase health awareness among the present and future generations, with the eternal mercy of the Almighty Allah, for the World Cup Knowledge Competition, the research outline of the World Cup Knowledge Competition was presented at the Research Branch of the Qatar National Library during the World Cup Football Competition. Since the main mission-vision of World Science Tech Review is science for human health and since current science-technology is gradually emerging new digital diseases especially insomnia due to misusing of technology, we have decided the theme of our proposed World Cup Knowledge Competition will be: "Early to Bed Early to Rise" with the aim of inspiring science researchers as well as creating mass awareness to protect the current and future generations from the digital disease of insomnia. The world is still infected with the corona virus, the risk of climate change, the fear as like Stefen Hoking of extraterrestrial super-intelligent beings taking over the earth, what is appearing from time to time as UFO signs, moreover, the third world war is on the brink - in such a situation, there is no alternative of Newton's solution to the scientific problem by adopting the simple method in this respect. In order to make the world suitable for human habitation, the discovery of the scientific formula of peace in the light of knowledge has become the basic demand of the time.
Because, if we cannot leave a safe world for present and future generations, our lives will not be meaningful. Rather, if we live through ignorance and do not consider the future consequences in the light of knowledge, we must leave both wealth and litigation, friends and enemies.
We know that human superiority in the world is not physical strength, but knowledge-science-conscience. There is no doubt that if we do not live our lives in the light of wisdom, thinking about the future consequences of our actions today, they will cause pain in the future for posterity.
There is therefore no alternative to the scientific formulation of peace in the light of knowledge to ensure a meaningful, peaceful coexistence in the world. In the light of knowledge, IRRSTC prioritized the discovery of the scientific formula of peace for half a decade with the blessings of God Almighty, which is truly commendable. We on behalf of World Islamic Science-Tech Review Congratulations to IRRSTC.
People for people. Therefore, research should be the priority of science for human health. It should be noted that insomnia is currently working as a digital disease of the digital age as a slow motion. It is said that the world is rapidly losing its night. Excessive night waking has emerged as a source of digital disease.
Note that to bring the light of global knowledge to the grass root level: IRRSTC's World Cup Knowledge Competition, the proposal presentation is based on the theme: "Early to Bed Early to Rise".
