I didn't see it coming. I should have realised. I should have been more aware. But how could I? I'm smart; I'm a survivor. I've negotiated life pretty well so far, but this – REALLY!! HOW HARD IS IT TO GET THROUGH

I try and call - no phone number.?

I try and find an address – only an email address. They're a global company; apparently, they don't need an address.?

I try and email – OH NO!!! I'm required to fill out a form.

OMG – 25 intrusive questions. WHAT!!! I'm not migrating to a foreign country. Forget it.?

I'll try the FAQ – 30 minutes and 7 pages later. Nope, that doesn't answer my question.

Let me try the chat – Oh great, I've got Melinda, the BOT who's still learning the ropes. AHHHHHHHH!!!!
