Sustainability for Kids wants to honour migrant women working on sustainability!
"I am super excited to host this series of panel discussions with my dear?fellow authors?of the?Undefeated?book from?Professional Migrant Women!
There are so many beautiful souls and professional women who have migrated to Australia and are actively contributing to sustainability goals and outcomes. I want to honour them and their work through this series of online panel discussions.
As we aim to leave a lasting legacy, we have decided that a small contribution from those interested in joining will be donated to a charity working towards environmental protection or supporting women in need.
I kindly invite you to join me in these meaningful events and be part of a great movement"

Sustainability for Kids was recognised for the Glen EIra Council for our contributions in the sustainability space. The acknowledgment from the council highlights our dedication to providing educational resources to the community.
We are honored by this recognition, as it not only validates our ongoing commitment to education in this field but also positions us at a higher level of dedication. This recognition serves as a motivation to continue our efforts in fostering environmental awareness and sustainability practices among children.
Once again, we extend our gratitude to the Glen Eira Council for their support and acknowledgement. We look forward to further collaborations and making a positive impact in the community together.
World Ocean Day is also celebrated in June!
"Despite current efforts, it is estimated that?75 to 199 million tonnes of plastic?is currently found in our oceans. Unless we change how we produce, use and dispose of plastic, the amount of plastic waste entering aquatic ecosystems could nearly triple from 9-14 million tonnes per year in 2016 to a projected 23-37 million tonnes per year by 2040' - states the UN.?Read more on the official website?here!
Sustainability for Kids joined the Blue Rio program from?Ocean Integrity, to help remove plastic from oceans and waterways. For every book we sell, $1 goes to this program, helping remove 1Kg of plastic.?
