What is your chase?

Indeed, A lot can happen over a Cup of Coffee. But this time Coffee And Conversation was quite a thought-provoking one. Seldom people understand what Entrepreneurship is all about, and it forced me to submit my views on the same.

During my conversations with various people, what came out strikingly is that Entrepreneurs are considered to be in an endless chase for money, but I believe, if money is the objective, then Jobs are the safest bet since efforts and rewards have no correlation in a JOB, ( J- Join O-Others B-Business ). Whether one is able to deliver the desired results or not the salary does not get affected and one continues to get salary credits. Moreover, as an Employee, you continue to grow at a fixed percentage every year with regular increments and promotions at intervals, by giving the control of one's time, efforts and worthiness in the hands of others. On the other hand, if I have to describe Entrepreneurship, it's completely juxtaposed, because rewards are variable and are proportionate to the efforts, with no promise of steady income. Entrepreneurship is all about

  1. dreams
  2. freedom,
  3. independence,
  4. taking control of your life in your own hands,
  5. not allowing someone else to decide your worth,
  6. the platform for your personal development,
  7. growing your mindset,
  8. building a positive mindset
  9. being optimistic in thoughts and actions
  10. being resilient and the list is endless.

As an Entrepreneur, a person moulds himself to deserve all the money and wealth he earns as an outcome of the efforts he puts in. Money starts following the person as a byproduct. An entrepreneur never has to chase money, all he needs to chase is his dreams.

“Our Dreams make us who we are” if you are a Dreamer, welcome to the World of Entrepreneurship.
