The World Doesn’t Need Another Diet.

It just desperately needs one that prevents re-gain.

Weight loss programs…diets…all start in the wrong place – your body. They quickly get you doing things to rapidly change your body. That is why, in the end, they always fail

DIETS forget you have a brain first. And a heart, most of all. First and foremost, permanent weight loss runs through these, the harbor for the grand motivators in your life. 

When a diet doesn’t address these first, and every day along the path to less weight, it doesn’t matter what “program” you are on. Sooner or later they’ll just quit doing it. You quit…just like the vast majority (over 90+%) end up doing.

So, you need to start your weight loss journey by rejecting the outworn and unproductive idea that weight loss is all about calories (“cut enough calories for long enough, and voila, success!”). 

Real lasting weight loss doesn’t work that way, not as the first step. Nor is it initially about lost pounds.

Diet companies don’t acknowledge that the fat is between your ears. All of it. Every last ounce of it. And if you don’t get the fat of bad diet information out of your head before you pour in new, skinny knowledge, your body doesn’t have a chance. You lose, and then re-gain weight. Plus some. 

Then, you have to try to lose weight
all over again. 

But, each time you re-diet, it becomes even more difficult to do, (emotionally and physically) in addition to starting out weighing more than the last time you did it. You feel like a repeat failure before you even get started.

Why? Because the erroneous, old “diet-think” info in your head is at war with the new correct info the professionals are trying to pour in. 

In times of stress, low self-esteem, and moments of frustration, your old counter-productive food and exercise programming mentality takes over, and easily crowds out all the new. 

The “body-first” approach — eliminating too many calories — is a logical but wrong-headed approach. Pushed by professionals, everyone does it, and have been doing it for far too long. 

Start here…

Weight loss is FIRST about LIVING 
to actualize your DREAMS.

DREAMS?

When your weight loss hopes are thoroughly crushed by re-gain, your dreams (what you hoped you’d look and feel like after weight loss) get mercilessly crushed, too. But your dreams are the source of your grand motivation to lose weight in the first place. 

When you re-gain instead of keeping the weight off, you get too discouraged to try again any time soon. 

DIETS ARE DREAM KILLERS. 

No one wants to admit it, but it is nevertheless true. 

WHAT SHOULD YOU BE DOING FIRST?

FIRST: Reach out to discover and make abundantly clear your “WHY”... why are you REALLY trying to lose weight…what is your dream? Write it down. Emblazon it on your heart, daily.

Not only will you more likely stay on your personal program, but you are much more likely to keep the weight off permanently. 

SECOND: As you clarify and grasp firmly your dreams, you must ALSO rid yourself of wrong-headed diet-think (the host of false ideas about how to lose weight), before it sabotages your best efforts. .

When you start there…when you see that it’s not your fault, after having spent a lot of money and a ton of effort on commercial low-calorie diets, (dressed up as pre-packaged diet foods) only to re-gain it all later…you will finally have a fighting chance to successfully keep lost weight off.

Eliminate the diet-think fat between your ears. Amp-up the motivation that lies deep within your heart. Don’t give up. Don’t give-in to the habits that have hurt you in the past. 

So, NO, the world doesn’t need another diet. 
The world just needs one – one — diet that works long term…
…that prevents re-gain…

…and that begins with your heart, not your body.

When you lead heart-first, you can finally begin a transformation to the new you.
