?Every May 21 since 2002, the United Nations has mandated the celebration of World Day for Cultural Diversity to promote diversity and intercultural dialogue. In a fast-expanding world, cultural diversity is what everybody is talking about-the peaceful co-existence of a variety of cultural or ethnic groups within a society or community. For this year’s World Day for Cultural Diversity, MedSpecialized has taken this opportunity to shed some light on the importance of cultural diversity in the workplace and how the company and its employees have taken steps to make sure that the workplace remains diverse.
