It is important that as you scale your clients continue to have a world-class experience while working with you.?They want results, but they also want to feel loved, supported, and heard.?Consider these few tips to create that world-class experience:

  • Get to know them.?Make time to truly understand and meet them where they are at.
  • Make it easy to work with you. Making meetings recurring, documents easy to locate and any admin super simple.
  • Be an accountability cheerleader. Hold your clients to a high standard and celebrate their wins. I even celebrate the process with my clients.

?A: ?I recommend gently reminding them of the nature of your relationship while being a resource. For example, if they are looking for social media management, I connect them with one of my friends that has an agency for a consult. I push back but have a solution at the ready. I hope that helps.
