The product is to converting existing UI to chatbot based UI automatically for high volume usage of apps and the services provided are more efficient by gathering information, verifying account data and triaging before connecting customers to help. To acknowledge all UI can’t be converted automatically because it requires context chatbot. These chatbots often use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand what the customers asking for and search the existing self-services article to surface them for the customer.[1]
