The "WORLD" is certainly on Incubators!

Global debt in comparison to GDP as we speak is touching 260 Billion Dollars! Yes. What does this mean to economists? In simple lay men terms, it means that both private and public sector enterprises, governments & financial systems are functioning on Oxygen supply. The pretext of which is to see if the economies around the world grow so fast and so efficient that we would wipe them off and remain solvent in the years to come. It comes with many "If's & But's". There are far too many support systems that are in place and the situation got worse after every crisis. In 2008-2009, during the financial crisis, this debt was perhaps 1/3rd of what it is today. So after the revival of this crisis and the wonder journey world economies had during the period 2011-2016 why would debts not decrease? In fact the world economy instead of consolidation through merits, looked at inorganic growth that led to the build up of this great and massive debt pile - a credit bubble that only IMF knows when it could explode. Very soon, a sovereign crisis could happen, countries could start becoming insolvent and soon the "too big to fail" will eventually fall. Too many bad lemons in the market, far too less good. These credit vulnerabilities will lead a massive shock to the financial system and no sooner shall lose immunity to succumb and fall apart. Traditional systems of handling economies are parted with and a more dynamic but less productive ways have led to what I call the "Great Disaster of 21st Century- The GLOBAL DEBT CRISIS".
