World Alzheimer's Day

If you don't know already today is World Alzheimer's Day, this is a fantastic time too reflect on our own practicies and policies and by sharing info how we can all collectively change the way we view and deliver dementia services, how we can strive to ensure that those living with dementia have the best possible outcomes within our care.

Fed up with seeing so much negative imagery around the topic, this year I am going to be using positive imagery, as we strive to make continual changes for the better.
