The Workspitality Team at ENL Property

Introducing the Workspitality team, a dynamic addition to the ENL Property family. Born out of the challenges posed by the pandemic, this team has set out with a clear mission: to redefine the workplace experience. Their goal goes beyond merely providing services; it's about weaving the very essence of hospitality into the fabric of our working environment.

As we navigate the post-pandemic era, their vision is to not only facilitate a smooth return to the office but to inspire employees with a renewed sense of purpose and camaraderie. Let’s explore the initiatives that the Workspitality team brings to the table.

Role and responsibility

This dedicated team is in charge of developing and managing services for Oficea tenants, whether it be the meeting rooms, concierge services, and daycare. They focus on uniting and nurturing the tenant community through various meetings and events with the aim to enhance the overall value of the office portfolio of ENL Property.

Meet the team!

• Stephanie Ceffis is the Workspitality manager who oversees the implementation and coordination of hospitality-inspired services, including meeting room management, concierge services, daycare, and community-building initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.
• Fabienne St Louis is Community Associate - the role involves managing tenant relations and organizing events to foster a sense of community within the workspace.
• Cecile Adam is a Concierge - her responsibilities include overseeing Oficea's concierge services and managing the stewardship of ENL House to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for tenants.
• Valerie Muthen is also Concierge - her position involves efficiently managing the concierge space at Vivéa, ensuring a personalized and high-end service is provided to tenants.
• Janick Blackburn is our Meeting Coordinator. Her role entails managing the meeting rooms at Oficea Meetings' by communicating with clients for their booking needs, and even prospecting for new opportunities.
• Valerie Aspasie is the Manager of Ti Pouce daycare – she oversees the daily operations and ensures the well-being of children in the daycare facility.
• David Rogers is a consultant for the artistic aspect in our office portfolio. He focuses on providing expertise and creative insights to enhance the artistic elements within our workspace offerings.

Collaboration is key for the Workspitality team. They closely work with the marketing team on projects and events, as well as with the operations, Finance, and the Sales team. Together, they strive to create a more engaging and vibrant workplace experience.

A dedicated Concierge platform !

One of the many services provided by the Workspitality team is the dedicated concierge platform: a one-click appointment scheduling and payment website.

The workspitality team also has 2 sub departments which are the housekeeping/stewardship team at our main office ENL House and Ti Pouce team which is the nursery. Stay tuned to know more about them!
