WorkShop recruits doctor in consumer behavior to become the best at next generation retail

John Karsberg joins WorkShop to lead the companies’ insights and strategy work. He will be responsible for continuing to develop insight driven services and supporting WorkShop’s client’s strategic investments in the Nordics and globally. John previously worked at the agency network NoA and has a PHD in consumer marketing from Handelsh?gskolan in Stockholm. He has also worked many years in the H&M group in different positions internationally. John will be part of WorkShop’s management team and be head of the agency’s strategy and insights department.

WorkShop is a consumer experience agency with a focus on retail. The agency works with some of the biggest brands in the world. The agency delivers services to roughly 20 countries around the world directly from Stockholm and Paris. More local offices in the Nordics, England, and Germany are planned to be opened in the upcoming year.
