Life of a successful entrepreneur is not always what you see from outside, It has lot of sacrifices which are unsaid and unforgettable. Business Strategy, Implementation plan, dedicated team and continuously striving to provide desired service to client can surely help to manage things efficiently. It is also important how soon you adapt the change, trust your abilities and have trusted people around.

Business never guarantees you success no matter at what level you have reached in terms of turnover. I have seen various startups doing well with limited resources and also seen big size funded companies failing after having all the resources in place.

In business you may come across many challenges, infact in most of the cases people around you will feel you are not a right fit for the business. My suggestion would be never hesitate or hold back yourself but be assertive, you will feel more determined and it will boost your confidence. Be passionate, have logical reasoning and have a purpose to everything that you do in business.

You should always try to control your business and not other way around. If you feel its other way around its time to have a pause, rework your strategies and come back in full swing. It is essential to have your SWOT done; Goals redefined, Tasks aligned and Action plan to achieve it. You should have a close look on your team strength (Keep the best and replace the rest).
