What are the pain points of your organization, what solution are you solving, If you are performing, you will be noticed, everyone wants to be associated with a performer

3.??????Organization Citizenship: Organizational citizenship is the behavior and actions you have towards your organization. ?Internalize the workplace culture, it is easy to know the staff who knows and represents the workplace culture. Are you proud of the organization you work for? How passionate are you about what you do? Yes, you might be earning what you want or you might feel you are worth me. However, your performance should show that you understand your role and impact in that organization.
