?How much does Workplace Relationships Matters?

??If I talk about my personal experience in my recent times, I would say Workplace relationships matters but only if they are leading you towards a right path and you are not just blindly following someone because He or She is your closest.

??It's only a myth according to me that office politics is usually created by the Managers or seniors but if we examine closely, majorly it is generated by few employees within. Their agenda is not yet cleared what exactly they want but one thing for sure, its a mental and emotional harassment to few.

??Sometimes, people who are not involved in such politics with there colleagues are often treated as Aliens or the most hated one's, Just because he/she is not following the Mob mentality.

??It's fine if they don't agree to your opinions or outcaste themselves, but eventually everyone is a human being and everyone deserve sanity in their lives.

??This politics follows them even outside the office and their #weaknesses and drawbacks are discussed in their friend groups apparently termed as relations they made at the workplace and the only agenda left is- How to de-mean that particular somebody just because he / she never wanted to be a part of your group or grumble about someone.

??This article might be relatable to a few and few might get triggered. But its my personal experience and this certain incident put me in some bad #mentalhealth.

??I am not blaming any body for politics or relationships. Some people are good at making relationships and few like me wants to keep their circle small and are not good at making wide friend circles, but it's not a bad thing as everyone's sanity and comfort is different at different ways.

??My only intention here is to state that Office relationships do matters but only if it is not leading towards someone getting bullied, hurt or at the verge of emotional breakdown with or without any fault.

??Support your friends but don't forget the other person you are beefing about is also a human.


? Handling such situation-

Here are few things I did while being encountered with such situation-

?#Focus- I tried to keep my focus towards my #goals and not getting bothered by such inconvenience.

?#Sharing- I discussed the matter with my mother and mentor and they helped me stay positive during this tough phase of getting cornered. Sharing only with people who genuinely #cares about you without seeking favors in return or benefits from you is a retail therapy.

?#Positiveapproach - No matter what, staying #positive can help you win half of the battles. The situations are temporary but staying calm and in #peace should be the utmost priority.

? #Acceptance - Initially I used to think, Might be I am the one who is having a flaw or some fault is there at my end. Later I accepted myself the way I am and not getting bothered to get accepted in such groups where someone's character, looks or there career growth is demeaned. As I read somewhere- Not everyone likes you and not everyone matters.

? #Countyourownblessings?- Instead of counting the number of bullies, count the blessings you have around.

? #Beyourownfriend- Instead of seeking validations from others, be your own supporter, lover, friend and motivator. Why to wait for someone to cheer you up rather be your own cheer-leader. Listen to your inner self and keep you goals clear. ????

??At last, I must sum up and say- workplace relationships are not bad, If they are #ethical, polite and helping you be a better person. ??

#Bullying is not a sign of strength. Wish others well, There #success will not limit yours?
