1.??Introduction: This report aims to highlight the observations from the workplace readiness workshop attended by EMET students—the seminar aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge necessary for succeeding in today's competitive job market.

2.??The Session's objectives: To equip job seekers with essential workplace skills and etiquette by providing insights on current recruitment trends, enhancing participants' knowledge with professional development strategies, and fostering networking opportunities.

3.??Session's activities: The workshop featured various topics such as interview and professional etiquette, how to behave in the workplace, positive work ethics, tips for building a solid work ethic , and more; employed guests were asked to share their experiences as new employees in a workplace.

4.??Interactive Discussions: Interactive quizzes were shared to get participants' feedback, encouraging them to share challenges and experiences. This interactive format allowed participants to learn from each other and gain diverse perspectives.

5.??Key findings: The ejoobi team discovered the Importance of personal branding: Participants gained insights into the significance of building a personal brand through effective networking strategies and an impressive online presence. The session also emphasized the Importance of developing a unique value proposition to stand out from the other candidates.

6.??In Conclusion: The online workplace readiness workshop proved to be a valuable experience for the EMET beneficiaries. Participants acknowledged to have gained valuable insights into the essentials of professional development, along with tips to impress potential employers.

7.??Recommendations: Continued Access to Resources: Organizers should ensure that participants have ongoing access to workshop materials, resources, and recorded sessions to review and reinforce their learnings.

8.??Follow-up sessions: Consider organizing follow-up workshops to provide additional guidance on specific workplace readiness and professional development topics, to enhance jobseekers' further and new employees' skills and professional etiquette.

9.??Collaboration with Employers: Establish ties with prospective employers to provide participants with potential internship or job opportunities following the workshop, leveraging the networking connections created during the event.
