5 个月I love the simplicity of the four initiatives and that you call them initiatives because it indicates it’s not about checking four boxes but about development and investment in people and culture. I also want to affirm the impact of simple, open conversations to address stigma. One practical way I found to contribute to that is to acknowledge the annual mental health awareness days, weeks, and months and intentionally spread the message that each one intends.
