As I gaze upon this stunning sunset, I am struck by the realization of the significant progress I have made in my career.

Before you read this article, I wish to share that I had endured a challenging and harmful work environment for more than a year.

 Despite the obstacles encountered, I persevered with unwavering determination, working diligently to overcome the adversity. Grateful to the Almighty, I can now proudly state that I have successfully transitioned to a more favorable circumstance.

My experience serves as a testament to the value of persistence and resilience, and I encourage all who may be facing challenges to remain steadfast in their pursuit of success.

Working in an office filled with passive-aggressive teammates is incredibly stressful and negatively affects productivity and creativity — both qualities leaders want from their employees at all times.
