Workout Wednesday: Quick & Effective Dumbbell/Kettlebell Circuit! ??

Short on time but still want a great workout?

Try this 20-minute dumbbell circuit (also works with kettlebells) to get your heart pumping and muscles working! ???♂???

**Warm-Up (3 minutes):**

1. Jumping Jacks - 1 minute

2. Arm Circles - 30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backward

3. Bodyweight Squats - 1 minute

**Circuit (15 minutes):** ?

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Complete the circuit three times.


1. Dumbbell Squats ???- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hold dumbbells at your sides, and perform squats.

2. Dumbbell Bent-Over Rows ???- Bend at the hips, keep your back straight, and row the dumbbells towards your waist.

3. Dumbbell Lunges ???- Step forward into a lunge position, alternating legs.

4. Dumbbell Shoulder Press ???- Press the dumbbells overhead while keeping your core engaged.

5. Dumbbell Deadlifts ???- With dumbbells in front of your thighs, bend at the hips and lower the dumbbells to the floor, then stand back up.

6. Dumbbell Bicep Curls ???- Curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders and lower them back down slowly.

7. Dumbbell Tricep Extensions ???- Hold one dumbbell with both hands overhead, then lower it behind your head and press back up.

8. Dumbbell Russian Twists ???- Sit on the floor, lean back slightly, lift your feet, and twist your torso, moving the dumbbell side to side.


**Cool Down (2 minutes):**

1. Light stretching for major muscle groups used.

2. Deep breathing exercises.
