The WorkLife Experience Inventory- ask yourself these questions.

The WorkLife Experience Inventory- ask yourself these questions.

Most people do NOT come to me to elevate WorkLife Synergy. (insert "wow Trisha is a great sales person" thought). People/leaders/tired humans DO come to me to improve focus at work, increase their career-path satisfaction, reduce overwhelm of managing home and work responsibilities and of course, to gain clarity on what their next steps could be to increase SUCCESS.

Lack of clarity and focus, career dissatisfaction and overwhelm are symptoms of misalignment between WHAT WE WANT, WHAT WE THINK WE WANT and HOW WE LIVE OUR EVERYDAY.

WorkLife Synergy (living life better) is the end game but first we must corral the frustrations and find the source of any lack of enjoyment/momentum. Side note: Your feelings are real and 10000% valid. Burnout is a real thing. And please trust in me that it doesn't have to be this way.

WorkLife Synergy is based on improving the everyday by tweaking mindsets, adjusting habits and lightening up your work/life/living experience .

And for all my disengaged, frustrated, bored and unable-to-focus friends....it is possible!

Before we can improve focus as work, increase career satisfaction, reduce overwhelm and gain clarity on how to increase SUCCESS you need to take inventory on what's working, what isn't and what your true life experience is right now.

I walk all my new clients through a WorkLife Inventory Assessment to gain the needed understanding, and awareness, to create meaningful momentum. One can't bake a cake without the necessary ingredients! Wow that was deep :)

Below are some of the questions included in my WorkLife Inventory so you too can take stock on your own WorkLife Reality. Answer honestly. Remember, with awareness you can create change (or bake a cake).

The WorkLife Experience Inventory is broken up into 4 categories. The acronym is IRIS which is very fitting since not one IRIS is like another (as unique to you as your fingerprint in fact). This is true for the WorkLife Experience. Even though Instagram would beg to differ the truth is we all live complex, multi-relational and deeply personalized lives. This is an important fact to remember as you work through the questions and, ultimately, tweak your mindsets and habits to nurture LIVING LIFE BETTER (less hard and more fun).

AKA. WorkLife Synergy!

For best results copy and paste these questions and answer them thoughtfully in a word doc. Find a quiet, calm place and connect with your truth.

For the other 99.8% of you who are NOT going to do that simply read through these questions and take note of both your in-your-head answers but also how you FEEL.

We learn more from being aware of how we feel than studying how we think.

Can my fellow over-thinkers give me virtual high five. OH YA BABY. #sotrue
