White and Case is a global law firm with a turnover of $1.8bn, with $1/4bn in the London offices alone.

The client required immediate, high-level resource in the London offices to support the collection activities in the run up to financial year-end.

Support was given - and cash targets delivered - for the collection of client fees. Enhancements were also made to ways of working and systems, which delivered better quality and improved transparency to reporting.
